V3088 New Project Framework unknown

Invariably when I start a new project and pick a framework, it displays unknown in the project settings. I have to restart XDK for it display the Framework I am using.

BTW -- I recommend you upgrade to 3240.

Sorry my error, I am using 3240 when the problem occurs.
