Windows App crashes after installed by Store and clicked to run

Please,

I published a Windows App, but after installed it by Store I clicked to run and the application just closed it.

Does anybody know about this, or got same problem?

Could anyone help me to fix this problem?

Fernando,

Was your app tested prior to publishing to store and it was working fine (by side-loading)? Is the app crash a new issue caused by installing from store?

Fernando -- validating in the Emulate tab is not sufficient, you must test on a real device. See > https://software.intel.com/en-us/xdk/docs/intel-xdk-dev-emulator-limitations

As Paul recommended you should test the app on any device rather than just emulating. How about the other platforms? Is it running on android and ios?
