Xeon Phi P State - Per Logical vs Per Pacakge

Hi All,

Below is the snapshot of BIOS for Xeon Phi 7210. Can anyone share insight on what's the difference between "Per Logical" and "Per Package"? Is it that when booted with "Per Logical" each core can run at different frequencies?
