i can't install Parallel Studio XE2016 Update 2 Composer Edition for C++ on my new Skylake system.

The installer says:

attempting to install this products on more systems than license allows ...

Please can you send me a lic file ...

You may get this error if you attempt to install the product on more systems than the EULA allows: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/what-to-do-when-you-see-the-message-maximum-number-of-activations-exceeded.
