Hello,
I've had an account and the open-source Linux compilers for a year. The email associated with the account has the form username+intel@gmail.com . The compilers recently expired, so I reapplied (with email username@gmail.com since the form rejected the "+intel" bit) and received a new product serial number.
When I log in to the registration center, supply the new serial number, and hit register, the signal is sent, but I still only see "14 expired products" or lately "you have no registered products". On the other hand, if I try to create a new account with the plain username@gmail.com , it allows the creation, but rejects actually logging in.
This should be really simple, yet I'm flummoxed. Sorry to harp on the email address, but it's the only non-standard element I can think of to the whole process. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
