intel registration center not available

Hi,

I am trying to register and download parallel studio (non commersial) from http://software.intel.com/en-us/non-commercial-software-development,  but it is showing that the webpage for parallel studio (and all other, e.g. https://registrationcenter.intel.com/RegCenter/NComForm.aspx?ProductID=1540 )is not available.

Can anyone provide me some light on it?

Are you still having this problem?  I'm able to access each of the links with no problems.
