I am not sure I fully understand the question. Do you refer to floating licenses that involve server and client communication? What do you mean by "regional limitations"?

Whar I mean is:
We have a few network (floating) licenses and we are an international company.
I wonder if it is allowed to use these floating lcienses also in other locations (countries) of our company.
Or are there legal limitations to use the licenses?
