j query header

Aloha am doing an app with html form but whenever i clic in the body the header shifts a bit down yet supposed to be fixed and specified "data-position="fixed" please help me

Have you tested this on any devices? I'd recommend first doing that to get a handle on where that is occurring.  

Are you using the Design view?

i have tested it device on an android device but still the same even in the Emulator still same results
