license problem of intel composerxe-2011.0.085

Hi there,

On my MacPro, I have installed the intel composerxe-2011.0.085 package around 2010, at that time, I was in a university doing some research, so I guess that I choose 'scientific research personally' or some related thing that I can use the package free. After about 2 years, when I recompiler the code, always an error occurs as:

ifort: error #10310: Failed to enable trusted storage check for licensing: WARNING: Enable Trusted Storage failed (flexnet error code 1). Trusted Storage based license could not be supported

I google this around, it seems that my license is invalid now. But I think when I install this, it was free for scientific research personally, and I do not have any serial number thing there. Or maybe I remember wrong, there was a serial number email to me, unluckily, I can not reach the university mailbox anymore. Also unfortunately, the installation files were deleted already. Now, I just shift to another institute, but I can not use it on my taptop. Is there anyone also encountered this problem or would help me with this? Or I have to buy one to replace this?

Thanks in advance!

Can you please give me your login ID so that I can look up your Serial Number and let you know what is the expiration date and what further steps are you supposed to take? you can always get an Eval version License (free for a month) too

Thank you very much for your response, and sorry for a late reply.

I am not sure about the login ID thing, because it was a little long ago, but I use the email address for registration is jifengyu#ntu.edu.tw, can you use this information instead to retrieve the Serial Number thing?

Thanks again for your help.Cheers!
