upgrading license for open source contibutors

Dear support team,

I'm facing issues renewing the license for the parallel studio obtained as an open-source contributor.

I have provided the HostID at https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products/license/XXXXXXXX but I did not receive any new license.

Could you please advice?
