by design Active Directory will automatically disable write cache on the disk it's installed on unless BBWC or UPS is used. I have to enable disk cache for C drive which is raid10 vroc in intel rapid storage. I am asking for intel to implement an options for intel rapid storage software to be able to detect ups connected server and enable write cache again after restarting windows.
