I would like to install drivers and software for Intel® Rapid Storage Technology Enterprise (IRSTe) into my Windows box (Win10 / server 2016) with C232 chipset.
First of all I can not find anything about C232 & C236 on Intel download?

Thanks so much for contacting Intel Customer Support, first we would like to know what Motherboard are you using? And if possible, more details about both systems. Since most of the times those links would be given by those OEM's, we need to know so we can facilitate our drivers and software installation package to you.
As far as the not finding anything about c232 & c236 question, let me investigate a little further as to why there's no RSTe info related, still you can see on their chipset details that they support RSTe :
