I got a laptop that had the Intel Starter Pack bundle included (which I redeemed already). I had to reset my windows to factory setting. I was wondering how can I download the games again?

Hi, this is my first post.  I can't find a support number to call. My login didn't work, so not sure if I created an Intel account to redeem the games. Not sure which thread section this would fall under. Would appreciate any help, thank you!
