Hello akh001

Thank you for contacting Intel® Memory and Storage support.

As we understand, you need assistance with an error related to the RAID Interactive Simulator. If we infer correctly, we will appreciate it if you can provide us with the following information:

  • Your system configuration, including manufacturer, model, and part number of all your system components and a copy of the SSU logs obtained from the system.

1-         Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/ and download the software.

2-         When finished downloading it, open it.

3-         Attach the file obtained to your reply post.

  • Please, let us know the Intel® server system or Intel® RAID controller that you have.
  • Please share with us the link from where you are downloading this tool to try to reproduce your issue.
  • We will like to know the reason to use this tool.

We will be looking forward to your reply.

Best regards.

Hello akh001,

Thank you for your reply.

Based on the information you provided you do not have an Intel® server system or Intel® RAID controller in your current configuration, please take into consideration that the RAID simulators available in our website were designed to be used with our products.

We reproduced your issue in our lab using a similar configuration to the one you shared in the SSU logs, and we recommend you contact Microsoft* and to follow the guides available on their website to solve this issue for example:

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/issue-with-missing-aceoledb120/1b00076b-4e0f-...

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot/access/cannot-use-odbc-or-oledb

We hope you find this information helpful.

Best regards.
