Intel VROC Error

I am currently using VROC version 6.2.0.1239.

and My PC Using Windows 10 Pro 2004 English.

Many error pop-ups occurred during PC operation as shown in the picture below.

NNT_HH_0-1660789377458.png

The contents of the error pop-up are as follows.

1) - IAStorUI.exe - Fatal error

CLR error : 80004005.

The Program will now terminate.

2) The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000012d).

Click OK to Close the application.

My Question is

1) I wonder the cause of the above error screen being printed.

2) I wonder if there is a solution to the error screen above.

3) I wonder if there is a history of the same error in the past regarding the above error screen.

Hello, NNT_HH.

Thank you for posting on the Intel Community Support Forums.

I received your case involving Intel VROC, and I will be assisting you with this.

There are no reports about similar issues, please let me know the following:

1. Do these messages show up non-stop? or did you do something to make it show up several times?

2. Provide a full system report using Intel SSU:

- Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system:

- Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View.

- To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer.

As a note, I moved your thread from the Intel RST forum to the VROC forum since you mentioned this is what you are using.

I will follow up on August 22nd in case additional time is required.

Regards,

Hello, NNT_HH.

This post is to inform you about the closure of the community thread.

I previously shared that there are no similar problems being reported for VROC, and also tried to gather additional information to properly diagnose the issue, but there was no response after trying to follow up.

The thread will be closed and no longer monitored by Intel support. If you require any type of assistance from Intel in the future, please open a new thread, or contact us using any of the available support methods:
