Hello AKame3,
Thank you for contacting Intel® Memory & Storage Support.
As we understand, you need assistance with your Intel® Optane™ SSD DC P4800X Series not been detected by the Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC). If we infer correctly we will appreciate if you can provide us with the following information:
• Your product markings (part number and serial number).
• Any additional information that you think may be helpful to try to reproduce your issue in our lab.
We will be looking forward to your reply including this information.

We will like to know if you are able to see your Intel® Optane™ SSD DC P4800X Series (375GB, 1/2 Height PCIe x4, 3D XPoint™) drives in your BIOS?
We advise you to contact SuperMicro* in order to open a ticket in parallel with them to check the server compatibility with the SSD and the proper BIOS configuration.

Hello JoshB_Intel,
I do see ssd drives in BIOS at "NVMe Opal Disks Manager" item.
More over I see separate items devoted to each drive.
Best regards.

Hello AKame3,
Thank you for your reply.
We advise you to contact SuperMicro* in order to get the proper BIOS configuration in order to create your RAID array using VROC. In our Intel® Server Boards the process is the following:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000027495/server-products/server-boards.html
I found this manual in your OEM website that refers to a different product but provides really good instructions on how to configure the VROC RAID settings in page 126 Appendix E.
https://www.supermicro.com/manuals/motherboard/C620/MNL-1865.pdf
Please use the information provided before as a reference. We advise you to contact SuperMicro* in order to get a specific guide on how to set up your RAID array using the VROC solution.
If you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
Josh B.
