Once upon a time, Intel had a utility called File to Flash (F2FLSH.exe) for PCMCIA cards. Can I get a copy from someone?

The utility, various documents, and the source were available to download from Intel's website in the past. Does anyone have a copy they could send me?  I believe the last version was F2FLSH13.ZIP.  It was for the 82365 PCIC chip set for PCMCIA cards, supported out of the Folsom CA Intel location. The software is no longer available on Intel's web site and they recommended that I check the forums.
