My intel computer keeps saying it's outta storage even tho I literally deleted everything. There's one download that will not delete at all. It keeps saying it's opened in the system even tho we closed everything and it says it's taking up over 1 million KB

Why is this an Intel issue?  For help with the OS, contact your OS vendor (likely Microsoft).
