Hello JBory,
Thank you for contacting Intel® Memory & Storage Support.
As we understand, you need assistance regarding your Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC). If we infer correctly, we will appreciate it if you can provide us with your system configuration including manufacturer, model and part number of all your system components and a copy of the SSU logs to try to have a better understanding of the system configuration.
1- Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/ and download the software.
2- When finished downloading it, open it.
3- Attach the file obtained to your reply post.
To extract the SMART logs from your drives we advise you to use the tool provided by the drive manufacturer. Please, take into consideration that some of these tools may require you to remove the drive from the array first.
We will be looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Josh B.

Hello JBory,
Thank you for your reply.
Based on the information you provided, please review the following information:
- The Intel® SSD 760p Series is not part of the validated and supported hardware to work with Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC) as you can check in the Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC) Supported Configurations article (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000030310/memory-and-storage/ssd-software.html)
- The SMART logs can be extracted from your " Intel® SSD 760p Series" by using the Intel® Solid State Drive Toolbox in the “IntelSolidStateDriveToolboxUserGuide.pdf” (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000020382/memory-and-storage.html) section 3.2 you can find the instructions on how to get this file. Please take into consideration that you need to extract or remove the SSDs from your RAID array to extract the SMART logs from your Intel® SSD 760p Series, and we recommend you to create a backup of your information before removing any drive from your array.
We will be looking forward to your reply in case you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Josh B.
