I have recently bought a msi notebook , MSI GE62MVR 7RG Apache pro,
This notebook have a SSD system disk in drive C.
But I cannot see it in the intel rapid storage technology software.
,
I have downloaded the newest version of IRST.
Is there any solution for this problem?

In order to better assist you:
Please provide the model of the SSD?
Is it an external or internal SSD?
Are you using the SATA port that belongs to the Intel® chipset controller? This is because some laptops have different SATA controllers.
Which Windows version are you using?

According to our information as long as you are using the latest version of the Intel® RST: 15.7 the SSD should be recognized by the tool:

If the problem persists after that, then the next thing to do will be to get in contact directly with MSI in order to check if they can reproduce this problem, to get the instructions of how to do a BIOS update to the latest version available and also to verify if they have further suggestions on this scenario:
