How to compile Code having PCM API?

There is a piece of code (c_example.c) that comes with the PCM installation. Can someone tell me how to compile that i.e which libraries it needs to be linked against. Below is the code.

The example needs to be linked against libpcm. This should be everything you need.
You might also want to have a look at the Makefile of the project. It includes the rules to compile and link the example.
