Intel Extreme Tuning Utility not reading hardware config correctly

The information panel is reading Graphics VRAM incorrectly, should be 8GB not 4GB for my GPU. The RAM is also being read incorrectly, BANKS 1 and 3 should be 2 and 4 while DIMM1 on both Channels A and B should be read as DIMM2 on both. I know I have my RAM installed in DIMM2 of Channels A and B, verified with another software. I have the latest version of XTU installed and this problem has persisted on both Windows 10 1909 and latest 2004. Please forward this issue to developers for a patch/update to XTU.
