Black screen on startup after Intel support assistant update. Downloaded required update, then restarted. Keyboard lights and fans are on. Caps key doesn't respond. I've tried all the online fixes. Drained both batteries. I don't have an external monitor or another computer. How can I get to a startup screen to fix? I checked all internal connections and tried all F keys, delete key, nothing worked. Acer Nitro 5 Laptop with Intel Core I5.

Contact acer about their bios recovery. And, I would not necessarily blame this on IDSA.

I got into my BIOS by removing my SSD, however, I cannot seem to restore to default in the BIOS without my SSD.....🤬
