When will Intel release new firmware to fix "Bad Context 13x Error" for Intel X25-M G2?

As I know Intel X25-M G2 also has a drive capacity of 8MB issue, when will Intel release a new firmware to fix "Bad Context 13x Error" for Intel X25-M G2?

It was released on the 17th.

This firmware is for Intel SSD 320 Series but not Intel X25-M G2 Series.

That firmware has been out for months for the X25-M it resets it to 02M3 which has been out for months.
