蓝屏,重启,无法进入系统。

M2为上个月添加,因为经常是在玩游戏时蓝屏,所以起初以为是M2散热不好,先后试了两款散热片均未解决问题,后来留意了一下蓝屏代码,为0XC000000E,百度求助是系统找不到引导设备,不太了解。困惑的是如果用光驱安装系统,可见UEFI引导,如果用U盘安装系统,则看不到UEFI引导,但无论是用光驱还是用U盘安装系统,都会在玩游戏时出现蓝屏。

PS,主机有两块硬盘,除了M2,还有一块机械硬盘,连接在主板的SATA6上。系统是微软3月的WIN10镜像。

再PS,绝大多数情况电脑是可以正常开机进入系统的,普通操作也没有问题,只有在玩一些游戏,如使命召唤OL时会突然蓝屏重启出现上面的代码,并且失去引导无法进入系统,只有彻底断电进入BIOS设置M2为第一开机启动项才可以进入系统,玩游戏时又会重复出现上述状况。

This seems to be a Windows* error and apparently is not related to our SSDs.

 

If you can’t get your Intel® SSD to work in your system, you might want to try it on another computer if available, to confirm if the unit is bricked, in order to apply for warranty; however, if you can get some information about your system, we might try perform some diagnostics; for this, we are requiring with your cooperation to provide us with some information about it.

 

To do this, Intel® has available, the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*; you’ll be able to download it on the following link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-

 

·        Please download the software.

·        When finished downloading it, open it and follow instructions

·        Please attach the SSU Log text file obtained on your next your reply.

 

To help you further with your request, It will be very helpful to receive from you, a screenshot of the “Disk Management” of windows, showing all your HDDs and partitions.
