The article” Warranty for Intel® SSDs (Client)” https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000024313/memory-and-storage.html includes the warranty policy for Intel® SSDs (Client). If we infer correctly we will like to share the following recommendations and information: • You can check your product warranty status and start the warranty online by following this link https://supporttickets.intel.com/warrantyinfo • If you are experiencing any kind of issue and want to troubleshoot your SSD we will be more than happy to further assist you and if at any point it is necessary to proceed with the warranty replacement we will contact you with our advanced technical support department in charge of your country/GEO. • If you want to start with the troubleshooting we will appreciate if you can provide us with the SMART details.CSV file (SMART logs) from your Intel® SSD 600p Series, the logs can be extracted by using the Intel® Solid State Drive Toolbox in the “IntelSolidStateDriveToolboxUserGuide.pdf” (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000020382/memory-and-storage.html) section 3.2 you can find the instructions on how to get this file.
