320 serie: How to recover from a BAD_CTX error on an iMac

1 month after updating to FW 4PC10362, I've just got a System freeze, then after reboot: Serial number = BAD_CTX 0000013F and size=8,4MB.

iMac 27" core i5 MacOS 10.7.2, without TRIM (I used TRIM before).

I can't secure erase the SDD using Intel Tool as it asks to unplug/replug the SSD from SATA to bypass ATA security and the SSD is embedded inside the core of the iMac.

Anyone has a solution to recover the SSD in an iMac?

I've found the solution on this page:

http://peter.membrey.hk/2011/09/11/secure-erase-wiki-no-long-available-instructions-on-how-to-secure... http://peter.membrey.hk/2011/09/11/secure-erase-wiki-no-long-available-instructions-on-how-to-secure...

and on this forum:

It consists in booting from a Ubuntu CD, using the hdparm tool and putting the iMac in sleep to unfreeze the low level SSD ATA commands (security-erase).

My SSD is working again without having touched the iMac.
