Hi x35sp,

Thanks for contacting our support community. We understand your situation regarding the Firmware update issue with the Intel® SSD DC P3600 Series.

We would like to inform you that you are typing almost all the command correct except for the last part. You don't need to add parenthesis to the ISN or the index, you need to run the command like this:

>isdct.exe load -intelssd 0 or you can run >isdct.exe load -f -intelssd 0

The information is located in the Intel® SSD Data Center Tool https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27248/Intel-SSD-Data-Center-Tool?product=87278 user guide that is in the download file of the tool. Section 2.2.1.6.1 or 2.2.1.7.

Make sure you have the latest version of the Intel® SSD Data Center Tool that is https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27248/Intel-SSD-Data-Center-Tool?product=87278 3.0.9.

Please let us know the outcome of your situation.

Regards,
