If your ssd is password protected, you MUST have the password. Otherwise, you cannot access your data.
There is no unlock, or master password. If you do not have the password, you should properly dispose the SSD.
I had same Intel SSDSCKKF512H6 M.2 series SSD. Failed, unrecoverable. Intel makes bad SSD, else I happen to always get faulty Intel SSD that fails unexpectedly. Last year, a different laptop of mine with Intel SSD 520 series, after 3 years of use unexpectedly fails.
