520 120GB SSD freezes

I just bought the SSD few days ago. It random freezes about 1 min each time now.

It run pretty smooth before. But not align.

Then i use AcronisAlignTool_2_0 to do align. After that can't finish benchmark and freeze on 4k-64 thrd. Also random freezes when i using the windows.

I'm using AMD CPU with GigaByte MA78GPM-DS2H motherboard. Windows 7 64 bits. Already updated the latest firmware.

Anyone know how to solve the problem?
