Hello JMess7 Thank you for contacting Intel Memory & Storage Support. As we understand, you need assistance with your Intel® SSD DC P3500 Series (2.0TB, 2.5in PCIe 3.0, 20nm, MLC). If we infer correctly we will like to share the following recommendations and information: 1. Please note that your SSD is an OEM * and it is different from our generic Intel® SSD DC P3500 Series SSDs. 2. As you can see from the information extracted from your drive it mentions the following "OEM": "Facebook" we advise you to contact the place of purchase of your drive to get further information if there is a firmware update for your drive. 3. Our Generic firmware update will not work with your drive. This based on the fact that some hardware or software (firmware) component might have been changed or replaced by the OEM in order to fit his needs. We strongly advise you to contact the place of purchase or the OEM in order to get further information regarding if a firmware update is available for your SSD. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best regards, Josh B. Intel® Customer Support Technician Under Contract to Intel Corporation
