Can anyone identify this SSD?

I bought this SSD off of eBay. I know absolutely nothing about it. Can anyone identify it by just the looks? I attached some pictures below.

I think that that's the SATA controller IC, which (guessing) would make this a Intel 545S Series???

Hello AMart90,

Thank you for contacting Intel® SSD support group.

Due to form factor and controller chip, this might be 1 of 4 products who shared the same controller over a 3 years period.

As indicated by community members, it could be a good idea to plug it in your system; once plugged in, you might want to send us some information about it.

Intel® has available, the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*; you’ll be able to download it from the following link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-

·        Please download the software.

·        When finished downloading it, open it and follow instructions

·        Please attach the SSU Log text file obtained on your next your reply.

To help you further with your request, It will be very helpful to receive from you, a screenshot of the “Disk Management” of windows, showing all your HDDs and partitions.

We will be looking forward for your reply.

Best regards,
