Can't open "Intel(R) Driver Update Utility 2.6".

I've deleted it, and downloaded it several times, but it doesn't open.

We understand that the Intel® Driver Update Utility version is not installing in your computer. When you try to install it, does it show any error message? Here are some tips:

1. Software installation may depend on the permissions set on the OS. Make sure you are logged in as administrator and try it anew.

2. Check antivirus an firewall settings as this may impact on any software installation.

Please bear in mind that if your intention is to update your Intel® SSD firmware, you can use one of the options below:

i've tried all three suggestions and it still doesn't work. this is the message i get when i try to start the game Battlefield 1:
