Hello eugenekondratyuk,

Thanks for posting. We understand that you want to know what's the minimum cluster/sector size for Intel® Solid State Drives.

The minimum cluster size for our drives is 512 bytes, which is also the default size for most of our models. Please bear in mind that not all the models can change their sector size.

Are you interested in any particular Intel® Solid State Drive model? We might be able to provide more details for a specific drive.

Best regards,

Hello, Eugenio!

Thanks for the answer. I'm also interested in specifications for 525 and DC series P4600 of Intel SSDs.

Hello eugenekondratyuk,

Both Intel® DC SSD P4600 and Intel® SSD 525 Sector Size is 512 bytes (not modifiable).

For your reference, the following articles show methods to change the sector size in our drives, at the bottom of each article you'll find the supported Intel® SSD models:

- https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000006392/memory-and-storage.html Gain Optimal Performance by Changes to SSD Physical Sector Size

- https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000016238/memory-and-storage/data-center-ss... Change Variable Sector Size on NVM Express* Drives

Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.

Best regards,
