Hello Akhmedbekov,

Thanks for posting. We understand that you're experiencing issues to use your Intel® SSD P3600.

Please make sure to install the latest Intel NVMe drivers for Windows* and reboot your system afterwards:

- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27517/Datacenter-NVMe-Microsoft-Windows-Drivers-for-Intel-... Datacenter NVMe* Microsoft Windows* Drivers for Intel® SSDs

If the issue persists, please test the drive on a different slot or system if available. It is also important to confirm that your motherboard/server is compatible with PCIe NVMe storage devices.

Please let us know the results.

Best regards,

Hello Akhmedbekov,

Thanks for your reply.

According to the https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/ssdc/hpssd/sb/Intel_SSD_DC_P3600_Series_PC... Intel SSD P3600 Series Product Specification (page 43), LED 2 (Red) indicates the drive has failed and is in logical disabled state. If possible, please confirm if this follows the drive in other systems.

If that's the case, we recommend to contact the place of purchase to check for warranty support. If this is not an option for you, please https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support/emea-contact.html contact your local customer support for further assistance.

Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.

Best regards,

Eugenio F.
