Diagnostic: Non-destructive?

I just built PC from scratch with 320 SSD as a boot (and only) drive. I have installed SSD Toolbox and I am wondering if I run diagnostic on whole drive (or even fisrt 1.5 GB) will it be non-destructive to my OS/data or it will overwrite it? I couldn't find anything in manual or release notes or FAQs that would answer that.

Does somebody know, please?

The "Run Fast Diagnostic Scan" and "Run Full Diagnostics Scan" options are completely and absolutely and entirely non-destructive.

It's nondestructive as far as I can tell. From my observations, it just writes log or txt files to the root of the partition. However, like all things, it's best to back up just in case.

It's best not to use the system during the diagnostic as the flash channels will be seriously saturated.
