Hello maverick8001,

We have successfully booted a number of Linux distributions. You will need the latest version that included NVMe in the kernel (3.10).

Aleki_intel,

Can you confirm that means I have to update kernel from 2.6.32 to 3.10 (3.19 reccommended) to even see the devive.

This isn't possible for me due to other software issues.

Right now I can't see Intel 750 with lcpsi on ASUS Z9PE-D8WS motherboard with recent bios. Did I miss that device in Slot 2? There are so many Intel devices on this system it is hard to locate 750.

Makaira,

The Intel(R) SSDs requires kernel 3.19. Any other version below this one we cannot guarantee. Please check this document for reference.

@aleki_intel, we bought several 750 nvme ssds, ubuntu is 15.04, kernel is 3.19. lsblk doesn't display model. Is it alright?

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:~$ sudo lsblk -o NAME,FSTYPE,SIZE,MOUNTPOINT,LABEL,MODEL

NAME FSTYPE SIZE MOUNTPOINT LABEL MODEL

sda isw_raid_member 223.6G INTEL SSDSC2BP24

.....

sdb isw_raid_member 223.6G INTEL SSDSC2BP24

.....

sdc 223.6G INTEL SSDSC2BP24

sdd 223.6G INTEL SSDSC2BP24

sde 447.1G INTEL SSDSC2BP48

sdf 447.1G INTEL SSDSC2BP48

nvme0n1 372.6G

nvme1n1 372.6G

Do I need to install any additional driver to get it to work properly? Are there any benchmarks or verifications to test them?

aensidhe,

We will check this further. However, the latest version should have all the necessary files to work with your SSD.

Now, other than this, are you experiencing any issue with your SSD?
