Dynamic caching software for the 540s?

Jump to solution

Hello,

Crucial and Samsung offer dynamic caching software (Momentum Cache / RAPID mode) using system memory to boost performance and endurance of their SSDs.

Does Intel provide such input/ouput optimization software for the 540s series?

Thanks for the info.

Nestor C,

Thank you for your reply. I'll dig into the https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/rapid-storage-technology.html Intel® RST instructions.

(Have to find out whether it will run on an https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/boards-kits/nuc/kits/nuc5ppyh.html Intel NUC5PPYH (N3700 processor.)

Cheers.
