I just bought a new computer with intel chipset H410 on the motherboard, the problem is, it only supports M.2 PCIe Gen3 x2, whereas all NVMe SSD around is PCIe gen3 x4, how could i solve this problem

Well, that's a pretty crappy implementation. I wouldn't be satisfied with it. Can you return it?

Now, is there actually a problem? Or are you just concerned that there might be? In theory, with half the PCIe lanes, it should still work; you just get half the throughput.
