Hello, I just bought a DELL XPS 15 and a Samsung SSD X5 (Thunderbolt 3). I have troubles to connect my X5 to my laptop. I need to update the BIOS, the driver and the firmware. I am totally lost in the intel website, please help me. Thank you.

You are totally lost because you should be dealing with the dell support website. Go to dell support first and update your DELL BIOS there, then get the dell drivers for everything else from DELL.

 

Remember, you paid dell for support when you purchased your laptop. Make them support you.

Same goes for the firmware; you should be getting this from Dell.

Thank you for your answers guys ! Yeah, I just phoned with the Dell support to update my drivers... The SSD X5 is broken unfortunately. Have a nice day !
