As we understand, you need assistance with your Intel® SSD Pro 5400s Series (256GB, 2.5in SATA 6Gb/s, 16nm, TLC). If we infer correctly, please review and provide us with the following information:

  • This SSD seems to be an OEM (original equipment manufacturer hardware) drive from Dell*.
  • We will like to know if you are experiencing any hardware issue or if you were just wondering about the warranty status of your SSD.
  • We will like to know if this SSD came included with your system of if you purchased this drive from a reseller.

Yes, SSD in Notebook Dell.

I am unable to use the notebook, so I removed this SSD and replaced the backup ssd for now.

I'm not sure if this product has insurance ,

How can I claim a product?

Can you see some information in the Toolbox while you click on Home icon (R.H upper corner)?

I have to admit, that result shown in Toolbox are not helping. S/N VU3A6 is not recognized nether. Still you can use this utility trying to run Diagnostic and/or update firmware.
