I can't load the Firmware Update Tool

The FUT has stuck every time when I boot from the USB flash drive.

This is the screen before the system stuck.

As per the information provided, you are looking for support on our Intel® SSD Firmware Update Tool (FUT).

 

Since we do not have further details on your system or steps taken to perform the Firmware Update; please let us recommend the standard procedure to perform Firmware Update using a USB flash drive.

 

First, you’ll need to download the Intel® SSD Firmware Update Tool from Intel’s website, by following this link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28749/Intel-SSD-Firmware-Update-Tool to properly get informed on Limitations, requirements and installation steps, please download the Intel® SSD Firmware Update Tool User Guide, by accessing this link: https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/memory-and-storage/Intel_SSD_FUT_User_Guide.pdf

 

Second, to create an ISO image to an USB Flash drive, please go to section 2.3 (Page 11) for detailed instructions.

 

In case you are not able to create the ISO image using a USB Flash Drive, please provide to us the specific model of SSD you are trying to update; additionally, we have available the Intel® System Support Utility (SSU), please send us the SSU logs extracted from your system (this to get a better understanding of your current configuration)

 

·        Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/ (for Windows*) or visit https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26735/ (for Linux) to download the software.

·        When finished downloading it, open it.

·        Attach the file obtained to your reply.
