I have an HP G62-b28SL laptop and I can not install W7 Home Premium on SSD (WD GREEN 240 GB) because I do not have the SATA AHCI driver for my Intel HM55 chipset.

Here's the link to the INF Update package that will configure Windows 7 to support the HM55 chipset: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20018/INF-Update-Utility-Primarily-for-Intel-6-5-4-3-900-S.... This should be all you need to get going.

If you are still seeing problems, it may be because SSDs are not supported by this laptop's BIOS. Are you sure you have the latest available BIOS for this unit?
