I received an e-mail from intel which told me that my request status has changed. Now the status is "Open". So... what should I do now? Just wait?
As yanqiang mentioned, if you have a support ticket open it is better to wait for a support agent to contact you.

This way you can get in touch with a support agent and check the current status of your case.
