ISOLINUX.bin Missing or Corrupt running issdfut_2.0.9

When trying to upgrade the firmware on my 240GB 530 series drive, when I boot from the CD created with issdfut_2.0.9 I get a message that ISOLINUX.bin is missing or corrupt.

The machine is an older Sony with a Pentium 4 processor.

No other problems other than this.

Hello Bill, such BIN file is included in the ISO file.

It is possible that the file is not readable from the disc because the disc is defective or did not burn properly. There are instructions to create a bootable USB drive in the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=18363 Intel® SSD Firmware Update Tool User Guide.
