Hello Loxa,

We understand you would like to update the firmware and install the most updated driver for your Intel® SSD 750 series. The links you refer to are the correct links, also, we'd like to let you know that you can use the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26492/Intel-Solid-State-Drive-Toolbox Intel® Solid-State Drive Toolbox works as well to update the firmware on it.Please try it and let us know if it worked.Regards,NC

Tried to update the drivers but it said windows has determined they are already up-to-date, which they are clearly not.

Hi Loxa,

The installation of the NVMe* driver should work fine; however, we can see that the system is still using the Windows* driver. Since you have tried the installation already, we do recommend you to please follow the steps on this http://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/ssdc/data-center-ssds/Intel%20NVMe%20Instal... link, page 10.

Please keep us informed about this situation.

Regards,

NC
