Intel SSD 730 PCIe and SSD Toolbox Optimizer

I have 1.2TB Intel SSD 730 (slot PCIe) ad my primary disk (Windows 10). I installed Intel SSD toolbox, but the Optimizer function is greyed out.

I think that the problem is with my NVMe driver (that I find ad Microsoft and not Intel...)

Any suggestion?

Hello Calefal,

In order to better assist you, we would like to have some additional information:

1. We don't have a 1.2TB NVMe* version of the http://ark.intel.com/products/series/81040/Consumer-SSDs Intel® SSD 730 Series. Are you referring to the http://ark.intel.com/products/86739/Intel-SSD-750-Series-1_2TB-12-Height-PCIe-3_0-20nm-MLC Intel® SSD 750 Series?

2. Please open Command Prompt as Administrator, then run the following command to know if TRIM is enabled in the OS:

fsutil behavior query disabledeletenotify

If DisableDeleteNotify = 1 (Windows TRIM commands are disabled)

If DisableDeleteNotify = 0 (Windows TRIM commands are enabled)

3. Make sure you're using our https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26167/Intel-SSD-Data-Center-Family-for-NVMe-Drivers latest driver for NVMe* SSDs. (http://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/ssdc/data-center-ssds/Intel%20NVMe%20Install%20Guide_330547-003.pdf Installation Guide - Page 8)

4. Make sure you're using the latest version of the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26306/Intel-Solid-State-Drive-Toolbox Intel® Solid State Drive Toolbox

5. If possible provide a screen capture (snip) of the toolbox showing the problem.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

Best regards,

Carlos A.

Sorry my fault... Intel 750 (not 730)... I've found this file: Intel® SSD Data Center Family for NVMe Drivers (NVMe driver 1.7.0.1002) and now toolbox optimizer is working

TRIM is enabled

I also installed "Intel® SSD Data Center Family for NVMe Drivers" from your link, but actually I'm not able to use it (I suppose I should learn its sintax)

Thanks
