Hello Kthommandra,

We understand that your SSD is reporting a logical disable state error and as you mentioned, this could mean this is a catastrophic failure on the drive.

One thing we noticed from the screenshot attached is that the firmware on the drive is out of date; The latest version for this drive is G2010150, you could try it using the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26749/Intel-SSD-Data-Center-Tool Intel® SSD Data Center Tool, if this does not work, we encourage you to please get in contact with our http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html support department.

Please let us know the outcome.

Regards,

It doesn't allow updating the FW when it is in this state.

I was able to collect AssertLog and EventLog from this drive.

I understand that drive needs to be replaced bur does collecting these logs help your support department explain the failure ?
