Intel SSD Pro 1500, 240GB can not be formatted

Hello, I have an SSD Pro 1500 with 240GB, the disk is recognized by the computer, but the existing partition is not formatted, it can not be formatted or deleted. Can you help me?

What we recommend in this case is to try a secure erase on the SSD. For this, you'll need to plug the SSD as a secondary drive to the SATA port and perform a secure erase. Unfortunately the secure Erase does not work either. Not with the toolbox, diskpart, or gparted. The ssd always reports an input-output error.
