Could you please run the Intel® SSD Toolbox to get the SMART report and export it in a file?

 

 

The tool can be downloaded from the following site: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28234/Intel-Solid-State-Drive-Toolbox?product=80096

 

 

Please attach the file in your next response so that we can review the drive's status.
